Self-care is as important – if not more! – to your overall health and well-being as diet and exercise. And being so important, it deserves more of your focus in your daily life. Proper self-care is vital in helping you do the many the things you’re responsible for. When you take care of yourself, you are able to take better care of others, and be more productive at work. Self-care activities are not limited to this list (or any others you may find)! As long as it brings you a sense of joy or happiness, then consider it self-care. And you don’t have to try to incorporate a ton of activities all at once – start slowly! Choose one that will bring you joy and add it to your weekly routine.
